1. Be friendly - sounds easy, but you would be surprised how businesses sometimes appear reckless in their quickly typed posts
2. Think of online interactions as sales signs on the front of your business
3. Think about how often you place promos and don't just randomly post - plan to post around holidays or other community events
4. Post print coupons that can be brought in for discounts
5. Make people believe that you really care by engaging or following up on your online interactions
6. Post tips or ask questions from time to time - "Does your car make a tapping noise?" Get your customers to think about what you can do for them.
7. Always link to your website and leave your business number so people can pick up and call immediately!
8. Post specials on Mondays - coming into the business week, people are looking for business oriented contacts and ways to be more successful
9. Leave friendly/more personal posts on Fridays - moving out of the week, people are ready to have fun, spend time with family, just relax!
10. Don't post more than twice a week, if that. People will and do block you!
